Our indoor facility offers synthetic ice training for goaltenders as well as a shooting instruction for players of all ages and abilities.

We provide expert instruction for all aspects of the game  as well as an off- ice  strength and conditioning program.

Why The Hockey Stop?

Batters have batting cages, golfers have driving ranges

What about the hockey player?

 The player can shoot pucks in the driveway but that usually results in damage to the house or they can practice shooting in practice, but coaches

usually need to focus on skating and team oriented practices.

What about goaltenders?

In practice a goalie may face 20 or 30 shots in warm ups usually shot wide or blasted right at the goalie when they aren't ready. Perhaps they will see some shots

during the drills, but once again they are taken with no regard to the goaltenders development.
